Lately, with Stacy | A Soft Return
Lately, with Stacy ✨
Lately, life has been less about rushing forward and more about arriving—softly, intentionally, and with a deeper sense of alignment.
I’ve been leaning into a rhythm that feels more like me: slower mornings, more presence, and a quiet commitment to things that actually matter. That includes continuing my journey into somatic yoga—exploring the body not as something to “fix,” but as something to listen to. There’s something powerful happening there… the kind you don’t rush, only return to.
On the professional side, I’m standing at an interesting crossroads. After years of structured, high-level legal and policy work, I’m asking bigger questions about how I want to show up in the world. Not just what I can do—but what feels true to do. There’s a shift happening toward integration: law, wellness, strategy, and lived experience all weaving into something more whole.
I’ve also been tending to my digital spaces—building out my website, refining my voice, and creating from a place that feels grounded instead of performative. Think less “look at me” and more “this is what I’m cultivating.”
And personally? I’m honoring a “slow and steady” approach to connection. Choosing depth over distraction. Presence over potential. It’s less about chasing and more about recognizing.
No big declarations. No dramatic pivots. Just a steady, intentional becoming.
More soon. 🌿
